Linux: Enable parallel port for SC long exposure (KDE - Kubuntu)

wxAstroCapture now supports SC long exposure for modified webcams, using parallel and serial port for long exposure control.

These screenshots show the required steps under KDE (in this case Kubuntu) for enabling parallel port access for normal users. Click the top image below and follow the steps as shown. The System Settings panel is found via the main KDE system menu.

After completing these steps, you must log out and log in again, and then the parallel port will be ready for use for SC long exposure control in wxAstroCapture.
